Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She received her master’s degree from Notre Dame de Namur University with an emphasis in Art Therapy. Her professional experience includes providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families at a community-based organization, grief counseling for hospice families, and Applied Behavioral Analysis for children with autism. In addition to her work with Wellness Retreat Clients, she is also a clinical director at a community mental health agency and supervises Associate Marriage and Family Therapists.
Jessica experiences art as a medium for play, exploration, self-expression, reflection, insight, and healing. She enjoys learning new techniques and regularly crafts with a wide variety of materials. Jessica approaches recovery with compassion and mindfulness and understands each person’s journey is different and unique. She is eager to bring Wellness Retreat clients to a place of understanding, healing, and hope through art.
